Easy to make.
You could also make this with lemon juice or a mixture of both.
Heat water & sugar together in pot until sugar is dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
Add lime juice & zest to water & sugar mixture.
Place in freezer & fork every half hour until set.
Continue to fork until the sorbet is light & frozen.
