International Fabric Swap
Okay here we go.
This will be an on going swap as long as there are people that want to do it. Just list your name, place of residence, and how small or large you are willing to go for fabric pieces. And what types of fabric and patterns you don't like. Once a month I will partner people up. If we get lots of people who are feeling antsy then maybe twice a month. (=
**You must successfully complete the newcomer swap to participate**
Las Vegas Nv, USA
Any kind of fabric is good to me as long as it is knit or cotton.
Minimum size appr. half a fat quarter.
Patterns only but no "ordinary" patterns like dots, checks or stripes (already have lots of those).
Only lovely patterns like flowers, cute animals and stuff.
Bright colors or pastels.
South Australia, Australia
Nothing smaller than a fat 8th (half a fat quarter or 9"X22")
I would rather my fabrics be cotton or a cotton blend, no lycras, ribs, fleece etc.... THANKS
HI I HAVE MESSAGE FROM TARA! HER INTERENET IS DOWN AND WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS SHE CAN GET IT FIXED.
Alrighty. I am back.
I am giving people until the 31st to sign up. then on the 1st I will partner up people. Then you have a week to send out. Or you and your partner can agree on some other time frame. (=
I would like to sign up but my newbie swap isnt completed yet...but is it ok for me to join this?
This will be an on-going swap. So as soon as you finish up the Sugarlishes Newbie Swap you can join in. (=

Get in touch. I would like for everyone to send out within a week of today. But you can decide with your partner too.
And maybe we can start a gallery post of things we make with our traded fabric?
Craftalicious, I just send you a pm!
Thanks Marieke I'm PMing you now Tara.
Just one thing before I get started, is there a size requirement to this swap. We don't have flat rate international envelopes here, is there another size envelope we should all be aiming to fill?
At least 4 fat quarters or the equal amount to a yard. And don't put any in that is smaller than the size that they would like. Sorry I fogot to put that. :-p
