I need help with breakfast. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs. I like the idea of overnight oats, I just haven't tried them yet. I also want a savory option but I've also soured on tofu ...Damn my finicky stomach!
I've been trying overnight oats.
Oats, greek yogurt, blueberries, cooked cranberries, mixed seeds and shredded coconut.
very filling and scrummy too.
